Investor Day 2025: Qualitas Funds’ strength and efficiency in the face of global uncertainty

We recently celebrated the most important day of the year for Qualitas Funds, our annual Investor Day. Thanks to the more than 200 investors who joined us in person or virtually and with whom we shared the main news and results of our funds.

It was our first Investor Day since our integration in P10, the platform listed on the New York Stock Exchange, which opens a “great opportunity” for Qualitas Funds, as our co-founding partner, Sergio García, explained. Even in a macroeconomic situation as complex as the current one, our co-founding partner, Eric Halverson, pointed out that, “uncertainty does not intimidate us”. Partner Javier Alemán added that this even closer collaboration with P10 will improve “the client experience”. In fact, one of the results of this integration will be the launch of the world’s largest source of private information in the lower mid-market segment, by merging RCP’s GPScout platform and Qualitas Insight, our proprietary database.

Our Head of Investor Relations, Emma Hernanz, reviewed the results of all our funds and concluded that “they all show consistent returns and in line with the target return across vintages”. In particular, Bernardo Marqués Dos Santos, principal, detailed the performance of our funds of funds, 100% of which “are aligned with the objective of generating truly differential returns”. On the other hand, Víctor Romero, also a principal, presented the company’s two co-investment vehicles that have managed to meet three Qualitas Funds’ objectives with its investors: returns in line with expectations, fast deployment and a healthy level of diversification. “We have managed to originate co-investment transactions in all markets. We have exposure to five different currencies, various sub-sectors and also a balanced distribution across the vintages.”

João Pita Rua, investment director, explained the new NAV funding strategy where all deals are originated by Qualitas Funds, a key factor as “we are not competing on price or risk profile with other capital providers, which ensures that our return remains intact.” Finally, Lucía Carrasco, CFO, detailed the new investment opportunities that are opening up in this new chapter with P10, all of them within the lower mid-market: “Our partners in the US will generate the opportunities and Qualitas Funds will be in charge of selecting the ones we finally undertake”.

Until we meet again at the next Investor Day, at Qualitas Funds we will continue working to strengthen the growth of our funds and continue offering our investors peace of mind and solid returns.
