  • NAV loans to private equity funds or portfolio companies, backed by the total NAV of the sponsor’s fund

  • 10-15 loans to different private equity sponsors across Western Europe

Capital efficiency

  • Cash coupon of c.5-6% on outstanding loans to sponsors
  • Deployment period of 4 years
