This eleventh edition once again brought together more than 200 investors to hear about Qualitas Funds’ progress and key developments at the firm, discuss the leading trends shaping private markets, and take a closer look at the strategic priorities that will guide our growth in the years ahead.

This edition carried special significance as the first held since Ridgepost Capital’s rebranding, a new visual identity reflecting our integration into the US platform we’ve been part of since last year, and one that strengthens our ability to keep growing with a global outlook.

The event featured our partners Sergio García, Eric Halverson, Javier Alemán, Bernardo Marques dos Santos, and Víctor Romero, along with our directors João Pita Rua, Emma Hernanz, and Lucía Carrasco. Once again, we reaffirmed our commitment to the lower mid-market, the segment where we continue to find the best opportunities to invest in companies with strong fundamentals, growth potential, and the capacity to create sustainable long-term value.

We also devoted part of the session to examining the impact artificial intelligence is having on the investment industry and how we’re incorporating these tools into our internal processes. AI represents an opportunity to strengthen analysis, optimize decision-making, and gain efficiency, while keeping our teams’ judgment and experience at the heart of the investment process.
