We started the year in the best way possible, reviewing what we achieved in 2023 and reflecting deeply on what we want to accomplish in 2024. The entire Qualitas Funds team went to Andorra, where we examined the firm’s strategy with critical eye, and we set concrete and ambitious goals for the year ahead.

Of course, it was not all hard work… we took the opportunity to ski and do team activities, contributing to the development of a strong corporate culture and a united team rowing in the same direction.
