Their talent, dedication and leadership since joining the firm have been decisive in consolidating our growth in recent years. Víctor, who joined in 2019 as Investment Director, brought with him the experience he gained in strategic consulting and deal advisory at BCG, Strategy& and PwC UK, leading M&A transactions in healthcare, the pharmaceutical sector, consumer goods, infrastructure and energy with a distinctly operational, results-oriented approach. Bernardo, who arrived in 2020 after more than seven years in strategic consulting at Bain & Company and Accenture Strategy and a spell on Bridgepoint’s investment team, has contributed an analytical, multi-sector vision that has driven value creation in our portfolio. 

With their promotion, we expand our partnership to five partners, reinforcing a leadership team ready to face future challenges alongside Eric Halverson, Sergio García Huertas and Javier Alemán. 

The appointment of Víctor and Bernardo marks an exciting step in our journey: it strengthens our capacity to take on new challenges, boosts value creation for our investors and, at the same time, reaffirms our conviction that the firm’s success is built on the talent of the people who make it up.
