Prove of this is our “Secondment Program,” which we have established within our investment team. This program offers our analysts the invaluable chance to spend three months working directly within the offices of our underlying General Partners (GPs), fully immersing themselves in their teams.

This experience not only enables our employees to forge stronger connections with our GPs and the companies in which we invest but also empowers them to develop a comprehensive understanding of specific private equity strategies. This understanding, in turn, enhances our ability to identify and select the best underlying funds. Our Secondment Program commenced last year, with Pablo García spending three months in Stockholm at one of our GPs specialized in the Nordic Region. This quarter, Javier de Miguel, investment analyst, is currently undergoing a secondment in Munich at DUBAG Group. This unique opportunity provides them the chance to learn best practices from industry leaders.
