The transaction closed six months after P10, listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: PX), agreed to acquire 100% of the shares of the Spanish manager. 

This deal marks P10’s entry into Europe and the expansion of its assets under management. Thanks to its integration into the U.S. platform, Qualitas Funds will now offer a broader range of financial products to its clients. In this new chapter, the Spanish private markets investment platform will continue to be managed by its current managing partners, who retain control over day-to-day operations, including investment processes and the investment committee. Employment agreements have also been established with each managing partner.
