Looking back, some of the most important milestones in our history have taken place over the past twelve months. In September we announced our integration into U.S.-listed P10, a leading provider of private markets solutions, and a few months later, in April, we completed that integration.

In parallel, we expanded our product offering with the launch of Qualitas Continuation Finance I, our first NAV financing fund, and Qualitas Funds US I, the first fund of funds dedicated exclusively to investments in North America. Both milestones have significantly strengthened our media presence.

But our greatest pride, without a doubt, is our team. We are pleased to highlight the growth of the partnership, from three to five partners. Bernardo Marques dos Santos and Víctor Romero have been named partners, joining Eric Halverson, Sergio García, and Javier Alemán. In addition, there have been other internal promotions, further evidence of our firm commitment to developing and recognizing talent.

At Qualitas Funds we continue to grow across all dimensions: we are expanding our team, strengthening our service offering, increasing assets under management, and renewing each day our ambition to consolidate our position as a global reference in the lower mid-market.
