The transaction resulted in a gross return of c. 3.0x invested capital and a gross IRR of c. 83% for Qualitas Funds II investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Established in 2021 and headquartered in London, Titan Wealth provides execution, custody, clearing, and wealth management services to small and medium-sized broker dealers, proprietary traders, intermediaries, family offices, and wealth managers. As a multi-asset manager, it offers independent financial solutions through a network of trusted intermediaries.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the manager took control of Titan Wealth, the company has experienced significant growth driven by a Buy &amp; Build strategy. With support from the manager, Titan completed 7 acquisitions during the investment period.
