Qualitas Funds V – Acquisition of NetRom

We are pleased to announce the addition of NetRom to the Qualitas Funds V portfolio. The company was acquired by one of our Dutch managers.

NetRom provides outsourced software development and maintenance services to customers in Western Europe from its headquarters in Breda, The Netherlands, and from Craiova, Romania, with a team of 330 software developers. The company works closely with its clients, who are independent software vendors and corporations that outsource partially or completely their software development to NetRom.

With the support of the manager, NetRom aims to expand its operations, strengthen its market position, and continue providing excellent software development services to its valued customers.
