Qualitas Funds I – Exit of OPLO

We are pleased to announce the realisation of Oplo from Qualitas Funds I portfolio through our British manager. The exit has generated a return of c.3,0x invested capital and a gross IRR of 26,4%.

Oplo is a fast growing digitally enabled consumer lender focussed on providing innovative financial products to under-served consumers.

This growth has been facilitated through investment in its technology to build a modern, cloud native and digital platform. Open API architecture allows easy integration with partners, intermediaries and directly with customers. The combination of a large and growing market, highly scalable platform and leading levels of customer and partner satisfaction are the key levers for its rapid growth.

This transaction has generated for Qualitas Funds I investors a return of c.3,0x invested capital or 26,4% gross IRR.
